MINIMUM STAYS
All reservations require at least a three-night minimum.

CHARGES
All stays require a 100% non-refundable deposit upon booking.
Special requests such as champagne, flowers, or candy will result in a service charge which is due upon arrival.
Lodging tax of 11.7% is added to all bills.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation notice received 30 days or more prior to arrival will be charged a 15% cancellation fee and be refunded the balance.
Cancellation notice received within 30 days of arrival will be charged a 100% cancellation fee.

CHECK IN & CHECK OUT
Check in is 4 pm.
Check out time is 10 am.

SMOKING POLICY
52 Union is a non-smoking property. A fee of $400 is charged for cleaning after smoking is detected in rooms and/or within. We are not responsible for personal belongings.

PET POLICY
There are absolutely no pets of any kind allowed.

HOUSEKEEPING
Daily housekeeping is not included, but can be arranged for an additional fee.
