No one knows Nantucket style better than John Robshaw. His bedding, pillows, and ikats have been hailed by ELLE Decor as “status symbols for the fashionable set.” That’s why every room at Greydon House features John Robshaw’s bedding, and why we asked John to take over one of our guest rooms to launch his new collection.
“As Nantucket is known for the nautical blue and white color combination, we thought it would be fun to create a Blue & White Room using our spring collection,” says John. “Everything from the bedding to the pillows to the wall art to the robe is part of our new line.”

Aasira Organic Duvet
Light and dark indigo elegantly weave in and out in this duvet. The result is a rhythmic design that will lull you to sleep. Made of organic 200 TC cotton.
Layla Indigo Quilt
Inspired by the perfect geometry of Mughal gardens, this quilt is both classic and tailored. Soft-as-a-cloud cotton voile is gloriously light for those who sleep warm or a perfect layer to add to the mix.
Stitched Indigo Organic Sheets
Go bold with another pattern or color, or keep it calm with a white duvet or quilt. The perfect organic percale cotton is from the southernmost depths of India and is 100% long-staple for a luxurious feel. The set includes a Flat Sheet, Fitted Sheet, and 2 Pillowcases.
Eda Euro
Beautifully block printed by hand, the finely drawn dashes and dots create a lovely geometry on this cotton-linen euro. Dyed ground indigo with hand-stitched edging.
Haseen Decorative Pillow
The combination of print and embroidery creates some real drama in a pillow. In this one, the mix of block-printed diamonds creates a rhythm that is just right. On top of that, the edges are finished with hand embroidery to make it extra special.
Isbah Decorative Pillow
This pillow gives a more modern take on some palms John found via a photogram. Indigo and white on linen and cotton together in the most lovely way.
Salina Robe
A more modern take on a print, this robe is a gorgeous indigo, a sophisticated bohemian. 100% cotton percale.
Striped Dabu Rug
John has always loved the depths of indigo vats in India, with their metallic glimmer. On one excursion, he learned about Dabu rug printing, a hand block printing process that uses a clay resist, which dries on the rugs in the sun. Once the clay is dry, the rugs are dipped into the natural indigo vat. He met a jolly indigo vat wallah outside of Jaipur, named Ram, and his sister Gyarsi, who prints the rugs.
Split Leaf Philodendron Cyanotype
John and his wife Rachel fell in love with some exotic palms and decided to make them into cyanotypes. They’re made with handmade recycled cotton paper with raw edges, so we know you’ll fall in love with them too.
Amna Stationery Set
Cyanotype is a photographic process that produces a cyan-blue (originally called blueprints). John and his wife Rachel took some exotic palms to create these beautiful prints on handmade recycled paper. Each box includes a set of five 5″ x 7″ cards and envelopes.
