Join us on Friday, May 19, at 6:30 pm for an unforgettable wine dinner with Napa winemaker Ross Dawkins from Pahlmeyer Winery. Ross, a native of South Africa, began his career at Boschendal Wine Estate in Stellenbosch and then perfected his craft at Stonestreet Winery. He then headed back below the equator to Australia’s premier Cabernet growing region of Margaret River working for Cape Mentelle, and then to Bordeaux to work with the famed Chateau Angelus in Saint-Emilion. In 2016, with new knowledge of old world techniques, Ross returned to a familiar terroir in Napa Valley with Pahlmeyer.
Five Pahlmeyer wines will be paired with dinner from Greydon House Chef Marcus Ware and Moody’s Chef Joshua Smith, including Caramelized Local Scallops, Spring Pea Cappelletti, Morel Mushrooms, Smoked Dry Aged 7X Wagyu Ribeye, and Fig Tart. Read the full menu at Pahlmeyer Wine Dinner Menu.
